Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping + Returns

I aim to get most orders out within a week of your order date, and you’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as it ships. For framed pieces, it might take a bit longer (up to three weeks) since they require extra care and handling. Depending on the size, framed artwork may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and I’ll always keep you updated. If there’s ever a delay on my end, I’ll make sure to keep you in the loop!

Packaging

I take special care in packaging each order so your artwork arrives safe and sound. I also like to keep it eco-friendly by using recycled materials, so don’t be surprised if your artwork arrives wrapped in holiday paper or local newspapers—it’s all part of giving things a second life!

Returns

All sales are final. I do my best to control everything on my side, but I can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays caused by carriers. If there’s an issue, though, please reach out—I’ll do whatever I can to help!

In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged, please let me know right away, and we’ll find a solution together.

A Note on Colors

Keep in mind that colors can look a little different depending on your screen settings. If you'd like extra images of a painting to see it more clearly, just ask!

Who owns the rights to the artwork once you’ve purchased it?

When you buy my artwork, you get a beautiful, original piece to enjoy—but I still hold the rights to the image itself. That means I may still reproduce or license images of my work as needed. Purchasing a piece doesn’t grant permission to reproduce or resell the artwork without my written consent.

If you’re interested in a licensing agreement for any of my artwork, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to chat!
